How lead credits work
LeadOutreach bills on a per-lead basis not per-search, not per-seat, not per-API-call. Here's exactly how credits work so there are no surprises on your invoice.
What counts as a 'lead'?
One lead = one verified business record with email + phone + website + social profiles + AI score. If a business has no website or no email can be found, it doesn't count against your monthly limit you're only charged for leads that actually have contact data you can use.
Do unused leads roll over?
No. Monthly credits reset on the 1st of each month. This keeps pricing predictable and prevents credit hoarding. If you consistently need more, upgrade to a higher plan or switch to annual (which resets yearly instead of monthly). Annual plans also get a 20% discount.
What happens if I hit my monthly limit?
Your existing leads stay fully accessible you can export, sync to CRM, and run outreach as normal. New extractions pause until the next billing cycle, or you can upgrade mid-month for immediate access (prorated). Agency plan customers never hit a limit.
Can I buy extra leads mid-month?
Yes. Pro and Agency plans can purchase lead add-ons in 1,000-lead packs ($15/1,000 for Pro, $10/1,000 for Agency). These never expire they stay in your account until used. Useful for one-off campaigns or busy months.
Pay annually, lock in your rate
Pay 12 months upfront at the same monthly rate — no extra discount, but you lock in your current price, get a yearly credit reset (spread leads across busy months), and get priority support included.
Same rate, billed annually
Pay for 12 months upfront at the same monthly rate. Starter stays $15/mo ($180/yr). Pro stays $29/mo ($348/yr). Agency stays $79/mo ($948/yr). No price hike for going annual.
Yearly credit reset
Instead of resetting monthly, your lead credits reset annually. Starter gets 6,000 leads/year. Pro gets 24,000 leads/year. Agency gets 120,000 leads/year — use more in busy months.

01Is there a free trial?
Yes. The Free plan gives you 100 leads every month, forever no credit card required, no time limit. You can test extraction quality, export leads, and run real outreach before deciding to upgrade. Every paid plan also includes a 7-day full-feature trial so you can test AI scoring, CRM sync, and pixel detection before being billed.
02Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Every plan is month-to-month (or year-to-year for annual) with no contracts. Cancel from your dashboard in two clicks no email, no sales call, no retention hassle. If you cancel mid-cycle, you keep access until the end of your billing period and your leads stay exportable.

Starter ($15/mo) is for solo freelancers who need 500 leads, 3 saved searches, scheduled updates, enrichment, and AI scoring with manual CSV export. Pro ($29/mo) adds CRM/n8n export, bulk CSV, and 2,000 leads for growing sales teams. Agency ($79/mo) adds AI email outreach sequences + sending, 10,000 leads, and unlimited saved searches for high-volume teams managing multiple clients.
06Can I switch plans later?
Yes upgrade or downgrade anytime from your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, so you keep your current plan's features until then. No penalties, no lock-in.
07Do you offer refunds?
If you're not satisfied within the first 14 days of a paid plan, email akashaahmed95@gmail.com for a full refund no questions asked. After 14 days, you can cancel to stop future charges but past payments are non-refundable (you keep access until the end of the cycle).
08Is there a setup fee?
No. All plans including Agency have zero setup fees, zero onboarding costs, and zero hidden charges. The price you see is the price you pay. Agency plan onboarding and training are included in the monthly rate.
