This Privacy Policy explains how LeadOutreach ("LeadOutreach", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website (leadoutreach.co) and our dashboard application (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

Account information. When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored hashed, never in plain text). If you subscribe to a paid plan, our payment processor (Lemon Squeezy) collects your billing details directly we never see or store your full card number.

Business/lead data. The Service extracts publicly available business information from Google Maps and public websites on your behalf business name, address, phone, website, email, social profiles, ratings, and similar public listing data. This is not personal consumer data; it is business contact information you request the Service to gather for your own B2B outreach.

Outreach credentials. If you use the AI outreach feature, you may provide an email address and app-password so the Service can send campaign emails from your own inbox. These credentials are encrypted at rest and used solely to send the messages you author or approve.

Usage data. We collect log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) to keep the Service secure and to improve it.

2. How We Use Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
• To process payments and manage your subscription.
• To run AI lead-scoring and email-draft generation on the business data you collect.
• To send transactional emails (verification, password reset, receipts).
• To detect abuse, fraud, and security issues.

3. Email Outreach and Recipient Opt-Out

If you are a business contact who received an email outreach campaign sent by one of our customers using the Service, please note:

• Data Processed: We process public business contact information (email address, business name, phone number) on behalf of our customers.
• Storage & Security: This data is stored securely in our encrypted database. We do not sell or share this data with third parties.
• Opt-Out / Unsubscribe: Every outreach email sent through our platform is required to include a clear, working unsubscribe link. You can opt-out at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting us directly at legal@leadoutreach.co to request deletion from our customer's mailing lists. We process and honor all opt-out requests within 10 business days.

4. Third-Party Services

We share the minimum data necessary with these processors:

• CRM integrations (HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel) only when you explicitly connect an account via OAuth and export a lead.
• Billing (Lemon Squeezy/) to process subscription payments.
• AI processing (OpenAI) to generate lead scores and cold-email drafts from the business data in your account.
• Transactional email (Resend) to deliver verification codes and password-reset links.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember basic preferences (like theme). We do not use third-party advertising trackers on the dashboard.

6. Data Retention

We retain account and lead data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your personal data and collected lead data within 30 days, except where we must retain records for legal or billing purposes.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location (including under GDPR and CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email legal@leadoutreach.co.

8. Data Security

We use industry-standard safeguards encrypted connections, hashed passwords, and encrypted storage of sensitive credentials to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for business use by adults and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. International Transfers

Your data may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. We take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
